Sam Maranto

Sam has been the Illinois State Director of MUFON in addition to being the State Representative for the Disclosure Project and an associate of CUFOS.

Frequently being requested to speak on a variety of UFO related topics, his investigative research and expertise on such cases as the mass sightings in Rockford and Tinley Park, in addition to the November 7, 2006 O’Hare incident, keep him in demand. Having such honors as being a guest speaker in the last year at such events as the 38th Annual MUFON Symposium in Denver, Colorado; the 19th Annual Ozark UFO Conference, and just recently at the Atlantic Coast UFO Conference. Equally honored to in fulfilling his obligation to public awareness on this topic, Sam regularly addresses various groups at libraries, colleges, and other community functions. Sam has appeared on Coast to Coast AM, Jeff Rense and other radio shows. In addition to local and national television interviews Sam has been involved in eight documentaries and has co-produced two. Press articles regarding his work or insights have been both local and international. Chicago Magazine detailed some of his case studies in March 2006.
